Remember one of our first excursions getting to know each other...I drove us all over in my Silver LeCar and played this song whether he liked it or not ;oD in 1985...married less than 4 mos later, here it is 25 years now--on our Silver Anniv today! It may not be one of my favorite all-time songs, but I remember it in a pivotal moment. So let's jump on into this "better-than-ever"s ville! ;oD

and...Happy Birthday to Me, Happy Birthday to Me! At the end of our wedding ceremony, everyone (all 10 of us !) sang Happy B'day to me. I was 34...you do the math! MUAHAHA!

Oh, Happy Happy Birthday to you! I have been so bad of late about catching up with you and communicating...I am so sorry...just too much on my plate. I used to sing this by aretha Fraknling to my sisters daughter when she just a "darling" little baby girl...I remember I taught the words to her and we would sing "we go riding on the freeway, in a pink cadillac"!...she sounded so cute when she sang it with such energy!
Forgot to thank you for the stamps you sent in the Christmas card. Thank you so much. My guy and I are getting along well, and I can see where we both have changed and grown from our difficulties in the past.
I hope to give you a call when I am calm enough.
So sad about Aretha. Pancreatic cancer is mostly caused from smoking, so it's so sad to see so many people die too young, due to a very toxic habit they just won't give up. I hope she will get through this...or accept "it is what it is"..she lived a wonderful full life..my fav song by her is "R-E-S-P-E-C-T!!
