Affirmative Prayer

Breath of God

I am whole and free from bondage.

I am the Breath of God,

giving and receiving in equal measure

that Substance that is my life.

All unease, constriction,

anger and tension

float away with every

out-breath

and I breathe clearly

and freely.

My life is harmonious,

abundant in health,

prosperity

and

relationships.

I Am the Breath of God.
