I like the Commentary at the end...I like this post. I like the Commentary at the end that sums up this post. It teaches me to take things easy... being at ease with myself.

I have been feeling really uneasy these past few months with the fate of my career hanging in the balance... of the economy.

Thank you for making me feeling much better. There is a higher power. I should not forget that.Muhd Imranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13434293882529251438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3662472927095875465.post-54151271867697489822010-03-01T02:16:11.678-06:002010-03-01T02:16:11.678-06:00I just love this post what you said SisStar Kylita...I just love this post what you said SisStar Kylita. Being in the "moment" and whether you are sitting, walking, or even looking at the shadows on the walls (I do this from time to time it's very relaxing)there is a peacefullness that comes over me. I especially love walking alone outside this large apartment complex where I live. There are so many trees and the clouds are so beautiful in the blue sky. I watch the birds arriving and getting ready for spring. They flit from tree to tree and the breeze in my face feels so "freeing".

Thank you for reminding us that we are after all "souls" that do need to find quiet and less tension in our own "space". Worrying about our tomorrows do seem to follow us...but hopefully we will notice what's going on now in our own "special meditative moments" as we slow down and go along.

I run so many errands tomorrow, but thanks to your post I'm pretty sure I will be able to do them slowly and I will be watching the clouds and feel more "in the moment' with much less hurry or worry.

Hope this coming week finds you enjoying more peace and tranquility. I think of you often dear SisStar!

Love and Blessings,

RhiRhiannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533771985725095499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3662472927095875465.post-83706459841590235052010-02-27T06:23:10.025-06:002010-02-27T06:23:10.025-06:00Hey Bud! Awesome post, and it is so lovely to hear...Hey Bud! Awesome post, and it is so lovely to hear you sounding so energised!

My sister in law has a Didgeridoo and I had a go once and made a reasonable noise! It was a brilliant experience. I love anything like that that requires concentration and relaxation all at the same time. You focus and so much rubbish just falls away.

I feel the same about juggling.

Have the happiest weekend my friend. Bye for now!Dancin Foolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09502277364901407733noreply@blogger.com
